Caroline M. Grosshans
Associate
Caroline M. Grosshans joined the firm in 2018.  Caroline previously served as a judicial law clerk for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  She started her career as a litigation associate in the New York office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, representing corporations in complex commercial litigation and advising clients on criminal law matters.  Caroline has experience conducting internal investigations regarding the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, performing corporate anti-corruption due diligence, and counseling clients on active criminal investigations.  Her practice focuses on the representation of individuals and corporations charged with wire fraud, visa fraud, identity theft, money laundering, and violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, among others.

On a pro bono basis, Caroline has represented asylum applicants and migrants seeking various forms of immigration relief.  She currently serves as a board member for The Open Door NJNY.
